Though would indeed have rather bikini clad warrior women on dinosaurs, and maybe war apes and battle cats than rotting zompires on boatsThey only chance one might see Amazons at least in unit-form, and maybe a Legendary Lord like Anaconda, would be as part of the Dogs of War.But. However.again thanks to the Jack-Sparrow-Wannabes that is now also highly unlikely, unless Game 3 adds them. Could be they popup in game 3. Originally posted by:Indeed!Well, they never were likely to be added. Could be they popup in game 3I hope so.I mean would have made more sense in Game 2 for many reasons, and they could ahve thrown in Ogres later after all, it is not like DoW have a huge load of Ogre-Units anyway.But.well.we'll see what the future holds. Originally posted by:lol, chill dude. The 3rd game is only in preproduction meaning chances are it'll come out late 2020 or early 2021. Them only making lord packs until then means all we'll see for the next year is updates to elves, rats, and lizards. Are you really ok with that? Eh, I'm fine with it, Would have been nice to see Araby or DoW, but theres still a good bit of content missing for the base races, and I can see why CA didn't want to implement factions that may be a bit redundant/boring and take up a good bit of effort to add.
Races like amazons or albion were never more than a meme anyway, so not sure why people expected them. Originally posted by:Wherever you heard it it's wrong.
Dunno why Amazon has such a loyal following when they have nothing.Blood bowl. They got some decent fan stuff in Geheimnisnacht. Finally it was also a pipe dream for those of us that enjoyed horde mechanics and/or light rush races. As I don't see any of the remaining ones fitting that playstyle, maybe demons but its doubtful. Beastmen are literally a light rush horde.Plus there's plenty of other races that can execute a purist light rush already, including the WE, Skaven, Greenskins and DE.
